The companies Hotelinking, LastMinuteBoat, and Regenera Natura have been selected to take part in the “Investment Readiness” initiative, coordinated by the Bit Foundation in the Balearic Islands. This project is part of the APTenisa programme, promoted by the Spanish Association of Science and Technology Parks (APTE) and co-financed by the National Innovation Company (ENISA). Its main goal is to boost funding and growth for innovative and technology-based companies in the start-up or scale-up stages, helping them attract new investors to drive expansion and transformation.

Through its Emprenbit entrepreneurship programme at ParcBit, CentreBit Menorca, and CentreBit Ibiza, the Bit Foundation has identified these three companies for their innovative capacity and growth potential.

Three tech companies from the Balearic Islands selected for the APTenisa “Investment Readiness” programme

  • Hotelinking is a direct marketing automation and customer loyalty platform for the hospitality sector, enabling hotel brands to better understand and engage guests, enhance reputation, increase direct bookings, and build customer loyalty.
  • LastMinuteBoat operates an online platform offering last-minute deals for boat and yacht rentals. Its business model reduces the rental price as the booking date approaches, offering attractive opportunities for users while maximising fleet utilisation.
  • Regenera Natura is an environmental initiative focused on sustainable forest management in the Balearic Islands, particularly in Ibiza. The company develops forestry engineering plans to clear neglected woodland, reforest with native species, and promote sustainability and corporate social responsibility projects.

Over the coming weeks, the three companies will receive intensive training and expert mentoring to refine their financial strategies, improve investor presentations, and participate in investment forums and demo days.

This process will culminate on 27 November with a special networking session and presentations before a first panel of key investors.

The inclusion of Balearic companies in APTenisa Investment Readiness demonstrates the Balearic Government’s commitment to supporting tech-based entrepreneurship and innovation. The programme aims to strengthen up to 126 emerging companies across Spain through a national network of science and technology parks.

The Bit Foundation’s participation forms part of the ParcBit development plan and broader technological initiatives promoted by the regional government, designed to boost economic growth and diversification through innovation and technology.
