At the inauguration, Regional Councillor for Economic Promotion and Local Development, Pilar Amate, emphasised the institution’s commitment to providing technical and financial support to local councils, enabling projects that have a direct positive impact on residents.

The renovation included replacing the asphalt with 600 m² of Mallorca stone paving, upgrading water, lighting, and telecommunication networks, partially burying overhead installations, replacing old lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures, and removing architectural barriers to improve accessibility.
