Catalina Cabrer, Minister of Labour, Public Service and Social Dialogue, has chaired the second meeting with the IB3 works council to continue shaping the agreement that will integrate more than 300 employees of the regional broadcasting service.

Progress Made in Negotiations to Integrate Over 300 IB3 Employees

During the session, the most recent proposals submitted by the works council were reviewed, and the Directorate-General for Public Service will now incorporate these elements into the draft agreement. Once updated, a revised version will be shared with all parties involved.

In parallel, the Public Broadcasting Entity of the Balearic Islands (EPRTVIB) is completing the classification of employees according to the approved categories, a process that is reportedly in an advanced stage.
