According to the resolution, applicants are not required to hold any academic qualification, but they must provide proof of Catalan language proficiency at level B1. The announcement also defines the selection rules, examination structure, study syllabus and the members of the Evaluation Board responsible for the process.

The subaltern group comprises personnel who perform essential support tasks for the daily functioning of public services, such as basic citizen assistance, access control, internal document distribution and logistical support within administrative offices.

Through this initiative, the regional administration reinforces its commitment to an inclusive public workforce, promoting equal opportunities and supporting the full integration of people with intellectual disabilities into public-sector employment.
