The tenth edition of Tramuntana Talks wrapped up with strong engagement, bringing together nearly one hundred participants over three days and enabling 13 mentoring sessions between Emprenbit entrepreneurs and guest speakers.
Organised by the Bit Foundation and the Directorate-General for Innovation and Digital Transformation, and framed within Emprenbit—the regional tech entrepreneurship support programme—the event has once again proven to be a key meeting point for the Balearic Islands’ innovation and startup community.
From 26 to 28 November, three prominent figures in the entrepreneurial ecosystem delivered talks at ParcBit, both in person and online. Their sessions explored real experiences in startup growth, innovation processes, team organisation and company scaling, forming part of the Tramuntana Talks conference series.

The first session, on 26 November, was led by Joan Pina, an investor and entrepreneur specialising in AI-driven B2B SaaS companies. Pina provided a strategic overview of how to spot growth opportunities and develop pathways for rapid business acceleration.
On 27 November, Héctor Mata, founder and CEO of Shakers, focused on the rituals, work habits and processes that truly foster the success of an emerging company, dismantling common myths and offering a down-to-earth view of what genuinely works when scaling an innovative project.
The final session, held on 28 November, featured Ismael Labrador, CEO and founder of Tuvalum, a company dedicated to refurbished bicycles. Labrador spoke about the evolution of his venture, his experience navigating investment rounds and his vision for the future of the sector.
