President Llorenç Galmés, together with Presidency Councillor Toni Fuster, took part this week in the Christmas events hosted by the Federation of Senior Citizens of the Part Forana. The gatherings were held at the Binicomprat restaurant in Algaida and brought together more than 2,000 participants from 65 associations, turning the event once again into an important meeting point for the community.

During his address, Galmés expressed his appreciation to the federation’s president, Joan Bibiloni, and to the leaders of the various associations, highlighting their ongoing dedication to keeping local community life active and encouraging the participation of older residents across the municipalities.
He also emphasised the essential role that senior associations play in fostering social cohesion, reaffirming the institution’s support for initiatives that enhance well-being, social interaction, and the quality of life of older adults.
