Night trains are scheduled for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, with expanded rail services on Christmas Day, 26 December and 1 January
Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca will expand its transport offer during the upcoming Christmas season. The company will once again operate special night trains on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, allowing passengers to travel safely throughout the night, repeating the service introduced in 2023.
A key novelty this year is the reinforcement of train services on Christmas Day, which will run at almost the same frequency as a regular public holiday. A total of 53 trains will operate, close to the 65 typically scheduled on a festive day.
During the nights of December 24 and 31, trains will run continuously between Palma–Sa Pobla and Palma–Manacor in both directions, stopping at all intermediate stations. On Christmas Eve, departures from Palma will operate between 00:00 and 04:00, while Manacor and Sa Pobla will also have specific early-morning services. On New Year’s Eve, similar schedules will be offered.
