IEB announces new Catalan language courses running from February to May 2026

Courses will start in the week of 2 February and conclude in the week of 15 May 2026. Students may enrol in only one course per intake. Face-to-face and online courses consist of 75 teaching hours, while blended courses include 35 hours.

In addition to the general offer, the IEB will once again provide tailored courses for IMAS and IBSalut staff, in cooperation with both institutions. Throughout 2026, the institute will also continue delivering introductory Catalan courses for social organisations and family workshops in schools.

According to IEB Director Llorenç Perelló, this new call follows the same approach as in recent years, aiming to offer Catalan courses at all levels to reach the widest possible audience and complement specialised training programmes.
