The process to obtain professional accreditation for admission and internal environment control staff working at public shows and recreational activities in the Balearic Islands for 2026 has officially begun. The procedure includes the approval of regulatory guidelines and the announcement of mandatory assessment tests.

Applicants must have completed the basic specific training course and meet several requirements, including being of legal age, holding the appropriate nationality or a valid residence and work permit, having no criminal record, providing an official medical certificate confirming physical and psychological fitness, and demonstrating basic knowledge of Catalan and Spanish.

The application period will run from 2 to 13 February, during which candidates must submit their applications along with the required declaration of responsibility. Once the deadline has passed, a provisional list of accepted and excluded candidates will be published, followed by a review phase.

The assessment test is scheduled for 24 March and will consist of two eliminatory parts: a psychotechnical test and a 40-question theoretical exam covering the specific syllabus related to the role. Candidates must pass both parts to be deemed suitable.

After the final results are published, successful candidates may apply for their professional identification card, which will be valid for eight years, authorising them to work legally in this role within the region.
