Mallorca’s Tourism Minister strengthens dialogue with key stakeholders to shape the island’s tourism model
Since taking office, Ginard has already met with the Federación Hotelera de Mallorca (FEHM), the HABTUR, and the island’s main agricultural organisations: ASAJA, UPA, UCABAL and Unió de Pagesos.
These initial meetings have focused on gathering feedback, concerns and proposals from the sector, intending to move towards a more balanced and sustainable tourism model that responds to Mallorca’s social and economic context.
Looking ahead, the Tourism Minister is also scheduled to attend Mallorca’s traditional presence at Madrid Fusión, a leading international gastronomy event where the island will showcase its cuisine as a cultural expression, a symbol of identity and a driving force for a more responsible, experience-based tourism offer.
