Within Ibiza, the municipalities registering the highest number of incidents were Ibiza, followed by Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Santa Eulària des Riu, Sant Antoni de Portmany, and Sant Joan de Labritja.
In response to the situation, emergency authorities deployed a reinforced operational unit in Ibiza, comprising firefighters, environmental agents, forestry technicians, local police forces, and Civil Protection volunteers. Operations were coordinated from the Advanced Command Post located in Sa Coma, under the supervision of the regional emergency management authorities.
During the afternoon and night, priority was given to incidents posing the greatest risk to public safety. Cleanup and recovery efforts will continue the following morning to address remaining non-critical incidents.
