Mallorca strengthens its position as a gastronomic benchmark through its prominent participation in Horeca Baleares Mallorca 2026, the leading professional trade fair for the hospitality, catering and gastronomy sectors, which will take place on 9, 10 and 11 February at the Velòdrom Illes Balears.
Fully established within the professional calendar, the event is expected to attract more than 16,000 trade visitors, around 150 exhibitors and nearly 500 brands, positioning the island as a key meeting point for innovation, commercial exchange and the promotion of local products.
Mallorca will once again host the main stage of the fair, a live activity space where locally sourced products and professional gastronomy take centre stage. The programme will include show cooking, technical demonstrations, culinary competitions and recognition events highlighting gastronomic talent and the diversity of the local production network.
The exhibition area will remain the core of commercial activity, with supplier companies presenting products, services and innovations aimed at hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering services, reinforcing the fair’s role as a business platform and opportunity generator.
