Advance payment of €1.86 million approved to ensure labour mediation services in the Balearic Islands in 2026
The payment structure includes an initial advance of €560,000, followed by ten monthly instalments of €130,000, a mechanism designed to provide financial stability and ensure uninterrupted service provision throughout the year.
TAMIB plays a fundamental role as a mandatory extrajudicial mechanism before judicial proceedings, contributing to faster and more effective solutions between employers and employees. The authorisation of the advance payment without the requirement of guarantees is based on reasons of public interest, as the foundation has no alternative sources of income and delivers a service that is vital to the proper functioning of labour relations in the Balearic Islands.
