The Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency announces a competitive examination process for 60 positions

The Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency and the Promotion of Personal Autonomy has announced the launch of a competitive examination process to fill 60 positions for labour staff. The initiative aims to strengthen the organisation’s capacity to provide services related to dependency care and the promotion of personal autonomy across the Balearic Islands.

The recruitment process includes a wide range of professional profiles covering technical, administrative, social and care-related roles. Positions available through this call include assessor, nurse, software architect, industrial engineer, labour relations technician, procurement manager, social worker, administrative officer, administrative assistant, physiotherapist, social integration technician, driver, housekeeping supervisor, reception assistant, orderly, cleaner, kitchen assistant and socio-health technical assistant.

The positions will be assigned to different operational areas managed by the Foundation, including general services in Ibiza and Mallorca and the Curatorship and Support Service. In addition, several residential care facilities are included in the staffing plan, such as Son Llebre, Son Tugores, Can Blai, Sa Serra, Son Güells, and Can Raspalls.

The application period will open on January 4, 2027, and will remain available until January 24, 2027. Alongside this recruitment process, an additional call has been published for internal promotion, offering 24 labour positions for existing staff members in Ibiza and Mallorca.

All positions included in these processes will incorporate the salary improvements approved by the regional government at the end of 2025. According to the established implementation schedule, Foundation employees will receive a gradual salary increase by 2027 that may reach up to €6,300 gross per year, depending on the professional category.
