The documentary explores the impact that technology and social media can have during adolescence, a crucial stage in personal development. Through the experiences and testimonies of students, teachers, families and professionals from the educational and healthcare sectors, the film presents real-life situations related to excessive or inappropriate screen use, including issues such as anxiety, digital addiction, cyberbullying and exposure to unsuitable online content.

Beyond its informative perspective, the project also has a strong educational purpose. Following its public presentation, the documentary will be made available to educational centres as a resource designed to support classroom discussions and to encourage critical reflection about the role of technology in the daily lives of young people.

After the screening, attendees participated in a discussion with the documentary’s director, Elisabeth Moll. The exchange allowed the audience to share perspectives and questions, highlighting the importance of dialogue between institutions, educators and families when addressing the challenges posed by the digital environment.

This initiative reflects an ongoing commitment to promoting responsible, balanced and critical use of technology among children and adolescents, while also raising public awareness about the potential risks associated with early exposure to screens.
