The Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration has allocated €2 million to the development of the TuringDream project, an initiative designed to expand access to artificial intelligence through advanced agent-based technologies.

This project represents a shift from traditional language-based models towards agentic systems that enable users to create and manage autonomous AI agents. These systems operate through a cloud-based platform, allowing individuals to configure and adapt artificial intelligence tools without requiring specialized technical expertise.

The technology enables each agent to evaluate its own performance, adjust its internal components, and continuously improve through interaction with users. This capability supports highly personalized solutions across various sectors, including education, healthcare, legal services, and information technology.
