The municipality of Lloseta will host a new edition of the Romeria del Cocó 2026, a celebration that combines tradition, popular culture and activities designed for all audiences. The program will take place over several days in April and will include sports events, religious ceremonies and recreational activities for children, young people and adults.
The day on Tuesday, April 7 will begin with sporting events such as the 14th Romeria del Cocó Race, with both children’s and adult categories. The children’s race will start with the gathering at 5:00 PM and the race at 5:30 PM, while the adult category will gather at 6:00 PM and start at 6:30 PM, both taking place on Avinguda del Cocó. At the same time, entertainment activities will be held, including “Baila con Mar” at 5:00 PM in Plaça Mallorca, children’s games organized by Grup Esplai Lloseta at 5:30 PM in the Ermita del Cocó, and the “Dance Júnior” activity at 6:00 PM in Plaça Mallorca.
The afternoon program will continue with a zumba session at 7:30 PM in Plaça Mallorca and the inauguration, at the same time, of the exhibition “Furniture Restoration and Recycling” at the Centre Cultural Sa Mina. The day will conclude with the II Edition Lloseta 45 RPM – vinyl DJ session, which will take place on Avinguda del Cocó from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, featuring different DJs and musical styles.
Wednesday, April 8 will have a more traditional and religious character, starting with the procession at 10:30 AM accompanying the image of the Mare de Déu de Lloseta from the parish church to the Oratory of Cocó. At 11:00 AM, a Eucharistic celebration will take place at the oratory. Throughout the day, children’s activities will be organized, including the “Món de colors” event, held on Avinguda del Cocó from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as well as visits from children’s characters between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. In the afternoon, at 4:30 PM, a traditional dance performance will be held by the Escola de Ball and the Estel del Cocó group.

The program will conclude on Friday, April 10 with a youth party dedicated to the class of 2007, which will take place in the industrial area of Lloseta from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, reinforcing a festive proposal that brings together different generations.
Additionally, it is noted that waste collection services will be adjusted during these days due to the celebrations.
The Romeria del Cocó is consolidated as one of the most representative events in Lloseta, standing out for its ability to bring together tradition, community participation and cultural dynamism.
