The city of Inca will once again host one of the leading classical music events in the Balearic Islands with the return of Inclàssic 2026. Taking place from 5 June to 3 July, the festival will present six free concerts designed to make classical and chamber music more accessible while showcasing a diverse artistic programme spanning several centuries of musical history.
This year’s edition will feature performances by renowned soloists, chamber ensembles, orchestral musicians and choral groups, offering audiences a journey through a wide range of styles, from European Baroque masterpieces to contemporary compositions. The programme combines historical repertoire with innovative artistic experiences aimed at creating a closer connection between performers and listeners.
The festival will open with a concert exploring the influence of Italian sacred music on the Bourbon court during the eighteenth century. The following evening, audiences will be invited to enjoy an immersive piano performance surrounded by one thousand candles, creating a unique atmosphere where music, light and emotion come together.

Inclàssic 2026 will offer six free concerts to bring classical and chamber music closer to all audiences
Throughout June, the programme will continue with concerts dedicated to the music of Johann Sebastian Bach, Romantic-era masterpieces and one of the most acclaimed contemporary choral works, John Rutter’s “Magnificat”. Educational and cultural activities will also complement several performances, providing additional insight into the historical, scientific and artistic contexts surrounding the featured works.
The closing concert will be performed by an international piano trio founded in Graz, Austria, presenting a programme that highlights the richness and expressive depth of the European chamber music tradition.
By offering free admission to all performances, Inclàssic 2026 strengthens Inca’s commitment to cultural accessibility, artistic excellence and the promotion of classical music as a shared experience open to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
