The Balearic Islands have reached a historic milestone with the successful launch of Posidònia, the region’s first satellite. Developed by Open Cosmos and co-financed by the regional government through a three-million-euro investment supported by European funding, the project represents a major step forward in technological innovation, economic transformation and public-private collaboration.
