Inca will host a new edition of «Setembre, cultura al carrer 2026» throughout September, with a programme organised by Inca Town Council bringing cinema, theatre, circus and music performances to squares and public spaces across the municipality. All activities will be free, open to everyone and will not require prior registration.
The programme will begin on Friday, 4 September at 7.00 p.m. in Plaça d’Espanya with «Sembrar», a contemporary circus performance by Cia. Moviments. On Saturday, 5 September at 8.30 p.m., Plaça del Blanquer will become an open-air cinema for a screening of «Mary Anning i la platja dels dinosaures».
The second weekend will feature two proposals by Circ Bover. On Friday, 11 September from 6.00 p.m., Orquestrina Vulpini will stage a travelling street performance beginning at Plaça de Santa Maria la Major and continuing to Plaça de Sa Quartera. «Taller Bambúcirc» and «Bambújocs» will also take place at Plaça de Sa Quartera.
Cinema will return to Plaça del Blanquer on Saturday, 12 September at 8.30 p.m. with a screening of «OKGRÀCIESIADEU».

Inca brings cinema, theatre, circus and music to its streets with «Setembre, cultura al carrer 2026». Inca becomes the first host of Ciclop Territori
One of the main new features of «Setembre, cultura al carrer 2026» is a special collaboration with Ciclop, the performing arts festival held annually in Sineu. This year, «Ciclop Territori» has been launched as an extension of the festival designed to bring its programme to other municipalities in Mallorca, with Inca selected as its first host.
On Saturday, 19 September, Inca will hold a special day dedicated to the performing arts, featuring national and international productions. The programme will begin at 12.00 noon in Plaça de la Mare de Déu de Lluc, at the Mercat Cobert, with «L’animal més perillós del món», a theatre production from Ireland.
At 1.00 p.m., Plaça de Sa Quartera will host «Open Door» by Catalan artist Pere Hosta. The day will conclude at 8.00 p.m. at the Claustre de Sant Domingo with a concert by «Dee Armstrong & Sons», also from Ireland.
«Setembre, cultura al carrer 2026» will conclude on Friday, 25 September at 7.00 p.m. in Plaça de Santa Maria la Major with «Water Falls», a physical theatre piece produced by La Mecànica.
Throughout September, the programme will bring a diverse, accessible and free cultural offering to Inca’s public spaces, turning squares and other locations across the municipality into venues for cinema, theatre, circus and music.
