Escorca Town Council has received funding for a series of measures aimed at improving the quality of municipal services linked to tourism provision and destinations in the Balearic Islands.

The funding forms part of the Tourism Governance programme for improving the quality of tourism provision and destinations in the Balearic Islands and has enabled Escorca Town Council to carry out several projects.

Escorca receives funding to improve the quality of tourism services

The measures include the purchase of machinery and the hiring of a specialised consultancy for the implementation and development of actions related to the Spanish Integral System for Tourism Quality in Destinations (SICTED).

The initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the Balearic Islands Tourism Strategy Agency (AETIB).
