The construction work on these 54 homes has been visited by the various institutional representatives.
Located in Enmet Abrahim street in Inca, a short distance from Avinguda del Raiguer, they will be destined for social renting.

The new buildings are currently under construction. Fifty of them have two bedrooms and four have three bedrooms, as well as 54 parking spaces.
Work began in April 2020 and is scheduled for completion in November 2021, with a budget of 5.5 million euros.

The project will be completed in 2022 with the construction of nine new homes on Carrer Marjades. There will be 218 social housing units, which are currently under construction.

These buildings will be equipped with outdoor space, as the homes will have a private garden on the ground floor and terraces on the upper floors. Among its peculiarities we highlight the total integration with its urban environment and that it will be organised along a north-south axis that will generate two independent volumes with public space between them.
The feature that makes them social is to ensure that the 54 families who live in them will allocate a maximum of 30% of their income to this social rent.
