Tomorrow at 11:00 am will be the Proclamation as King at St James’s Palace. We will remember that it will have wide coverage, as it will be televised.

From the message, we will highlight the great emotion, affection and recognition. He spoke of pride. He has shown affection for his son Harry and for his daughter-in-law, an action that was not expected by many people.

The details were beautiful. On the left side, there is a vase containing white flowers, lilies of the valley, his mother’s favourite flowers. The other side of the image was dominated by a photo of his mother, in which she appears smiling and in blue in one of her last public appearances. The curious thing is that no photos of his father and grandfather appeared.

The speech was recorded and broadcast as a fake live broadcast. Among the phrases that stand out for their continuity are “I am indebted to you”.

Another essential detail is that she began by referring to the Commonwealth. The Queen is credited with fearing that she was the Commonwealth, that nexus of union between countries. Fearing that without her this union would dissolve. That is why Elizabeth II manoeuvred so that her son would be the representative of the Commonwealth secretariat, which, according to the statutes, would not have to fall to the now King Charles III. So there is fear in Buckingham about possible independence referendums in these countries.

He has also referred to the best speech his mother made, while still a princess, on her first departure from England in Cape Town. She was 21 years old, it was her birthday and it was that absolute precious dedication, as she read it her mother wept, demonstrating how important the Commonwealth was to her.

Camilla’s role was also part of Charles III’s first public address. Camilla has a rather difficult role. Charles has a popularity rating of 40% compared to her mother’s 90%, and Camilla’s is even lower.

When she married Charles 17 years ago it was made clear that Camilla would not be queen at any time, it was even put in writing.

In fact, they forbade her right to be the princess.

by granting her the title of Duchess of Cornwall. As it was, the Queen tried to make amends and granted her the title of Queen consort. In the same way, Charles granted William and Catherine the title of Prince and Princess of Wales, remembering that in England these are not automatic titles, being granted by the King, which Charles III has done today.

Camilla was the first person Charles remembered, “I know she will do her duty”.
We join in prayer in St. Paul’s Cathedral for the Queen. Remembering his thanks to his mother at the beginning and end of his speech, in the 10 minutes it lasted,
