You can also access the Virtual Postman with a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve.
If you do not use the ATIB portal, 28 ATIB collection offices are available to taxpayers, where you can also pay your taxes (without having to go to a bank office), using a bank card, regardless of the issuing entity.
The opening hours and location of the offices can be consulted at www.atib.es > Tributes locales > Oficinas de recaudación. Appointments can be made on the ATIB website (www.atib.es > Appointments) or by telephone at 971 678 404. Any queries or doubts regarding the payment of taxes can also be made online on this portal (www.atib.es > Queries and suggestions).
With regard to bills whose payment is directly debited from a bank, we inform you that they will be sent to the respective entities so that they can be charged to the taxpayers’ accounts as of 31st October, in the case of Palma council taxes, and as of 17th November in the case of the councils of Manacor, Marratxí and Artà.
Once the voluntary payment period has elapsed, for those taxpayers who have not made the payment, the enforcement period will begin, which will determine the corresponding surcharge and, if applicable, interest for late payment and any costs that may be incurred.
