Education proposes a new framework agreement 2023-27 for improvement at the Private Subsidised Education Round Table

negotiation during the 2022-23 academic year of the increases for the years 2024 to 2027 with the aim of ensuring the economic viability of the centres and sufficiently financing the expenses attributable to the educational agreement, including the new expenses arising since 2008 that may be incorporated as operating expenses, in accordance with current legislation, in such a way as to guarantee the provision of the education service free of charge. This negotiation will be linked to the improvement of the procedure for justifying the operating costs of subsidised schools and to the establishment of effective guarantees of compliance with free education in general system agreements.

The increase in the other expenses module will have to be passed on by the centres to the same extent in the CRIB for administrative and service staff.

  1. Completion of guidance concertation in EI/EP (January/September 2023).
  2. Extension of the current Partial Retirement Agreement (January 2024).
  3. Negotiation of a relocation agreement for teachers in the 2022-23 academic year.
  4. Agreement to reduce ratios as of the 2023-24 school year.
  5. Recognition of certain private subsidised schools as centres of preferential attention as of the 2023-24 academic year.
  6. Beginning of negotiations to introduce new improvements to lighten the teaching load and recognise the tutorial role.
