Ports IB cancels tomorrow’s reservations

Ports IB has cancelled tomorrow Sunday’s reservations for four buoy fields in the islands due to the weather forecast. Specifically, the courses at Ses Salines beach, in Eivissa, Badia de d’Alga- s’Espalmador and Caló de s’Oli, in Formentera, and Formentor, in Mallorca.

The agency informs users who are occupying a buoy that, before 10:00 a.m. tomorrow, they must have left the field and no boat can remain moored. In addition, if a reservation has been made to enter or stay on September 3, Ports IB will proceed to its cancellation due to force majeure based on the weather forecast for September 3. In this case, users are entitled to a refund of the reservation.

Ports IB asks for great caution and recommends seeking shelter in sheltered coastal areas or port facilities.
