The president of the Consell de Mallorca, Llorenç Galmés, and the vice-president and councillor of Culture and Heritage, Antònia Roca, attended the mass of the patron saint festivities of Santa Àgueda de Sencelles that was held today in the parish church of Sant Pere.

The Consell de Mallorca and the Bishopric of Mallorca have presented, this Monday, three pictorial canvases recently restored by the Joint Commission formed by the two institutions.

The president of the Consell de Mallorca, Llorenç Galmés, and the vice-president and councillor of Culture and Heritage, Antònia Roca, have attended the mass of the patron saint festivities of Santa Àgueda de Sencelles that has been celebrated today in the parish of Sant Pere and that has been presided by the episcopal vicar of Heritage, Mn. Francesc Vicens, and concelebrated by the rector Mn. Josep Adrover and the parish clergy.

The ceremony was sung by the Sor Francinainaina Choir and the Es Jonc group danced the Offertory. In addition, as is traditional, the day concluded with a tribute to the oldest and youngest woman in Sencelles. The three restored pictorial televisions were also blessed. By the way, the company Xicaranda Conservación y Restauración de Bienes Culturales, directed by Alfredo Claret, has been in charge of carrying out the previous studies of the works and also their restoration.
