Inca celebrated yesterday the main event of Carnival. The Rua has counted this year with the participation of 15 groups and 12 floats; and filled the streets of the centre of the Capital of Raiguer with colour and joy.

Rúa of Inca
As in recent years, the Rúa has started at 18 hours in the Gran Via de Colom Avenue and has made a tour through the streets of the centre to the Plaza Mallorca, where a big party and the awards ceremony were held.

The Carnival will close in Inca with the burial of the sardine, which will be held next Tuesday, February 13. On this day there will be the traditional parade with the GEAI band from Llibertat Square to Bestiar Square, the popular dance of Cofre Antic and the solidarity sardine toast for the benefit of the Únic association, which will include the participation of the neighbourhood association of Sona Monda.
