The Mayor of Inca, Virgili Moreno, and the manager of Fábrica Ramis, Joan Ramis, accompanied by Miguel Ángel Cortés, councilman of local economy and promotion of the city, have signed the renewal of the collaboration agreement for the promotion of the city as a space to host fairs, congresses and professional meetings. One more year, the purpose of this agreement is that Inca is a point of attraction for this type of event since it has excellent infrastructure and its located in the centre of the island of Mallorca.

The City Council of Inca and Fábrica Ramis joined forces

“From the City Council of Inca, we are working hard to position Inca as a Balearic reference for the celebration of professional events that have a positive impact on our economy. Proof of this is that in recent years we have consolidated major events to be held in Inca as the Mallorca Dream Days, Creativissim or Mallorca Design Day, recognized throughout the island and that we have a large audience, “says Mayor Moreno.

For his part, Councilman Cortés stresses that “Inca has a series of public and private spaces that can meet any demand, as well as a privileged location in the centre of Mallorca. Therefore, it is a perfect city to hold fairs, congresses and many other events with guarantees.”

Thus, the City Council continues to develop its policy of agreements to join efforts and promote synergies with institutions, associations and companies that can give a boost to the city in economic and social issues. In fact, in recent weeks important agreements have been signed with the Es Garrover Foundation, merchants associations and the Orfeón el Harpa de Inca, among others.
