The acquisitions are made by mutual agreement with the owners for an amount of 6,500 euros for each undivided part, as agreed. Thus, the owners who want to sell their shares in the City Council of Inca in advance will be able to do so following the indications that have been agreed with the City Council of Inca. Given the volume of the shares, this will be done by groups in a staggered manner, as organized by the notary.
Today the Town Hall owned 162 shares, to which it must add these new 41.11 undivided shares. It should be noted that the property is divided into a total of 450 shares and it is expected that with this operation, the consistory manages to become the owner of a total of 300 shares.
At the same time, the legal action for the division of the common property is being processed in the Court of First Instance No. 1 of Inca, for the City Council to acquire those undivided parts of the property that could not be acquired by mutual agreement.
