Once again this year, Inca City Council has approved the regulatory bases for the announcement of two lines of subsidies for entities and associations with activity in the municipality to strengthen the associative fabric and contribute to the city’s dynamism. In this way, this year the council of the capital of Raiguer will allocate a total of 49,000 euros to contribute to the development and promotion of non-profit social entities and youth, leisure and free time associations.
“The associations and entities play an essential role in our city and offer services and community activities and healthy leisure for citizens. Therefore, with these annual grants we want to continue helping the associative fabric of Inca and strengthen it to promote the revitalisation of the city,” says the mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno.
Thus, the first line of subsidies is aimed at non-profit social entities to promote the implementation of actions and activities of a social nature that are carried out for the benefit of the entire community. Specifically, this call for grants is endowed with 43,000 euros.
For its part, the Inca Town Council dedicates 6,000 euros in direct aid to youth, leisure and free time associations and entities. The purpose of this second line of subsidies is to promote leisure and free time activities and the development of activities that have children and young people as the main protagonists, especially those actions related to art, culture, education, heritage, sport, leisure, healthy leisure, the environment, equality, sexual and gender diversity or the promotion of the community.
The deadline for grant applications is 31 May to 1 July 2024 (both inclusive). Subsequently, the entities will have a specific period to present the justification and all the necessary documentation. The complete terms and conditions for both grants can be consulted at incaciutat.com.
