The Regional Ministry of Education and Universities, through the Balearic Institute of Educational Infrastructures and Services (IBISEC), has put out to tender the renovation of the roof of CEIP Alexandre Rosselló and the replacement of the exterior carpentry of CEIP Camilo José Cela in Palma.

According to the project, the works to be carried out at CEIP Alexandre Rosselló in Palma include the dismantling and subsequent reform of all the roofs of the classroom building, gutters and connections to the existing downpipes in the original building so that all the watertightness, insulation and safety requirements are met.

In addition, the false ceilings of all the classrooms on the first floor will also be replaced, except for the multi-purpose room, and the structure of the false ceilings of the bathrooms on the first floor will be changed. The tender budget is 432,279.38 euros and the execution period for these works is 6 months.

As for the CEIP Camilo José Cela Primary School in Palma, the project calls for the replacement of the exterior carpentry, which is now in a poor state of repair.

With this action, which has a budget of 323,449.78 euros and a completion period of 3 months, the aim is to provide the building with greater thermal comfort and improve its energy efficiency.
