Good practice procedures aimed at the hospitality sector
The subsidy is aimed at employers’ associations, trade unions and hotel federations that are signatories to the current hotel industry agreement.
The Government has launched a call for subsidies aimed at hotel trade unions, employers’ associations and federations in the Balearic Islands that have signed the current collective bargaining agreement for the hotel sector so that they can develop workload studies and good working practice procedures through consultancy and training projects for workers and companies in the sector.
This line of aid has a total budget of 578,000 euros distributed in two annual items: 378,000 in 2024 and 200,000 in 2025. This amount will be distributed on a 50/50 basis between employers’ organisations and trade unions, following the joint composition of the negotiating committee of the collective bargaining agreement.
The call for proposals specifies that the projects must be carried out between 1 January 2024 and 31 March 2025.
The beneficiaries may apply for this aid, promoted by the Directorate General for Labour and Occupational Health, headed by Catalina Cabrer, from tomorrow until 25 April.
