He has been an occupational therapist at Son Espases, at the Costa d’en Blanes and Sant Joan de Déu residences, and until now he was the director of Can Blai.

Jesús Díaz-Santos Chico

As for his training, he has a degree in Occupational Therapy and a postgraduate degree in Management and Administration of Social and Health Centres.

The Consell de Govern has been informed of the appointment of Jesús Díaz-Santos Chico as the new director of care and management of the Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency and Promotion of Personal Autonomy of the Balearic Islands.

Jesús Díaz-Santos Chico holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from the Complutense University of Madrid, a postgraduate degree in Management and Administration of Social and Health Centres from the Alfonso X University and the title of University Expert in Human Resources, Labour Consultancy and Occupational Risk Prevention from the Miguel de Cervantes European University.

In her professional career, she has been an occupational therapist at the Hospital Universitario Son Espases (Palma), at the residence of Costa d’en Blanes (Calvià) and the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu (Palma). He teaches training in the social and healthcare field for the Occupational Service of the Balearic Islands (SOIB). Since 2016, he has been the director of the Can Blai Residence and Day Centre (Santa Eulària).
