Starting on February 2, 2026, schools across the Balearic Islands will begin using the Llull Electronic Window as the exclusive platform for communication and administrative procedures with the regional education authority, representing a major step forward in digital education management.
From that date onward, all official communications, administrative processes, and document submissions between schools and the Balearic Department of Education and Universities will be handled through this system. The initiative aims to simplify procedures, reduce administrative workload, and improve efficiency for both schools and the administration.
School management teams have already completed training on how to use the platform correctly, including its financial management functions. Training for teaching staff is scheduled to follow, ensuring a smooth and coordinated rollout across the education system.

The Llull platform includes a range of tools designed to support daily operations: internal messaging, personalised alerts, a digital submission portal, a personal agenda, a task management section, and a real-time tracking system that allows users to monitor the status of their requests and communications.
The launch of the Llull Electronic Window highlights the education authority’s commitment to modernising digital tools, strengthening communication with schools, and providing education professionals with more efficient, user-friendly systems adapted to today’s educational environment.
