Parcbit launches a strategic plan through 2030 to attract companies and talent with a €68 million investment

The strategy is built around four main pillars. The first focuses on renewing the park’s corporate identity and communication, enhancing its visibility and reputation at the national and international level as a recognised innovation ecosystem.

The second pillar prioritises investment in infrastructure and the surrounding environment, including the expansion and modernisation of business spaces, upgrades to buildings and shared services, the deployment of advanced technological infrastructure and improved integration with the natural surroundings, guided by sustainability and energy efficiency principles.

The third pillar, which represents the core of the plan, is dedicated to the attraction and retention of companies and talent. It includes measures to attract innovative firms, support the establishment of international initiatives, accompany business growth and provide tailored services to attract and retain highly qualified professionals.

The fourth and final pillar addresses the specialisation of the park’s managing organisation, with actions aimed at strengthening professional management, improving governance and equipping ParcBit with a modern, efficient and results-oriented management structure.

The presentation highlighted that this strategy will reinforce ParcBit as a key component of the region’s economic transformation and as a hub for innovation-driven projects. The importance of cooperation with other technology parks and knowledge exchange was also emphasised as a means to foster joint initiatives and talent mobility.

Through this plan, the regional government strengthens ParcBit’s role within an innovation policy framework that is already mobilising more than €240 million in projects related to digital transformation, health, artificial intelligence and digital skills development.
