The Ajuntament d’Inca, in collaboration with Sindicato Obrero La Pau, will host a new edition of the Fireta dels Enamorats on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 February, to boost activity in the city centre and support local products around Valentine’s Day.

The event will feature more than 50 stalls spread throughout the central streets of Inca, offering local goods, handcrafted items and unique proposals, ideal for gifts and shared experiences during this special time of year.

The Mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno, highlighted that the Fireta dels Enamorats provides an opportunity to support small producers and artisans while filling the city centre with activity, atmosphere and a sense of closeness. He emphasised the municipality’s commitment to local commerce and to fostering a vibrant urban environment.

Meanwhile, the Councillor for Markets, Maritxé Fernández, underlined the positive reception of the initiative, noting that participation continues to grow each year. This edition has exceeded expectations, with a higher number of stalls than in previous years.

The Fireta dels Enamorats forms part of the municipality’s broader strategy to support small businesses and promote Inca as an open, dynamic city committed to its local economic fabric. Opening hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, 13 February, and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, 14 February.

As in previous years, the event will be followed by the traditional weekly Friday market, which also takes place in the city centre.
