The capital of El Raiguer will once again be a starting point for the popular walk on the following day, 8th August at 5.30 am.

Once again, Inca will be a starting point for the 47th edition of the Marcha del Güell a Lluc on foot, which will be held on the 8th of August. Thus, all those who wish to join the march from the capital of Raiguer will be able to do so at 5.30 a.m. in the morning at the Plaça del Bestiar.

The presentation ceremony was attended by the mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno; the councillor for participation, Andreu Caballero; along with other members of the council; representatives of the Spanish Association Against Cancer and the president of the Güell Group, Francisco Bauzá. “We are very happy that Inca will once again play a leading role in the traditional Güell to Lluc Walk on foot,
and is now consolidated as another starting point”, says Moreno.

This year, as a new feature, for each participant who registers, one euro will be donated to the Spanish Cancer Association. Registrations must be made electronically through the website: www.desguellallucapeu.com.

The Inca Town Council will have the collaboration of a group of volunteers who, in coordination with the Local Police, will be responsible for organising the start of the 47th edition of the Marcha del Güell a Lluc on foot from Inca on the morning of the 7th to the 8th of August.
