Next weekend the traditional festivities of the Inca neighbourhood of Crist Rei will be held. The Mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno, and the Councillor for Participation, Antoni Peña, together with the local restaurateurs who collaborate with them and other members of the council have presented the programme of activities.

“With the Crist Rei festivities, we begin the programme of neighbourhood festivities, which is carried out throughout the summer to contribute to making the town a village and making it more dynamic. Once again this year, we have prepared the programme with great enthusiasm so that young and old alike can take to the streets and participate in the activities,” says the mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno.

The celebrations begin on 30 June with a YOUTH PARTY with DJ Calderón and Estación de Sonido. Then, on Saturday 1 July, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a children’s water party and foam party. The main attraction on Saturday is the open-air dinner, which will be enlivened with a performance by Duo California. On the other hand, on Sunday there will be a mass in homage to the elderly in the Church of Cristo Rey. Finally, on Sunday from 8.30 p.m. onwards, the traditional karaoke contest will take place.
