This morning, the Councillor of Health, Manuela García, visited the offices of the Directorate Generals of Public Health, Health Research, Training and Accreditation, and Services, Pharmacy and Consumer Affairs, to greet the professionals who work there and put herself at their disposal. The headquarters of the general directorates is located in Calle Jesús (Colouring building) and in Calle del Calçat, in the Polígono de Son Valentí.

Regional Minister of Health

The councillor also took advantage of the visit to introduce the new directors general of the Ministry who joined this week: Elena Esteban, director general of Public Health; Vicenç Joan, director general of Health Research, Training and Accreditation, and Joan Simonet, director general of Services, Pharmacy and Consumption.

Later on, Minister García also wants to visit the central services of the Balearic Islands Health Service with its director general, Javier Ureña, and the facilities of the new Directorate General of Mental Health.
