Alexandra Marqués Rotger (Ferreries, 1975) has taken over this morning the territorial delegation of Education of Menorca. The outgoing delegate, Joan Marquès, has been in charge of transferring the powers to her after the appointment, last Friday in Consell de Govern, of Alexandra Marqués as the new territorial director of Education on the island at the request of the Counsellor of Education and Universities, Antoni Vera.

Alexandra Marqués

The new territorial director of Education of Menorca has more than twenty-five years of experience in the educational field, having worked as a support teacher, tutor, coordinator of educational quality systems, auditor and also head of studies.

In this way, Alexandra Marqués has already begun to work to ensure a normal start to the school year in September. Likewise, she has made herself available to the different school councils of Menorca.
