Education publishes the vacancies for the vocational training cycles in the classroom and intensive regime that remain vacant for the 2023-2024 academic year.

A total of 2,955 vacancies are available on all the islands for basic, intermediate and advanced vocational training courses.

Today has been published on the specific web page of Formació Professional of the Conselleria d’Educació I Universitats the list of vacancies for the vocational training cycles in classroom and intensive regime that are still vacant for the next academic year 2023-2024.

In total, there are 2,955 places distributed among the four islands and corresponding to basic (311 vacancies), intermediate (1,342 vacancies) and higher (1,302 vacancies) vocational training cycles. By islands, 1,985 of these vacancies are on Mallorca, 411 on Menorca, 518 on Ibiza, and 41 on Formentera.

In order to apply for any of these vacancies, a new online admission procedure will be open from 1 to 7 September, aimed at all those who formalised the process in the first phase in June but were not admitted to any of the options requested, and for those who did not formalise admission in June and other cases.

The creation of new face-to-face and intensive training provision is funded by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and by the European Union-NextGenerationEU within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan Facility.

On the other hand, the medium and higher training cycles in intensive regime are financed by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and co-financed by the European Social Fund in the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 (ESF Plus), while the medium and higher training cycles LOE/LOMCE in on-site regime are co-financed by the European Union and the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands in the framework of the Operational Programme of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) of the Balearic Islands 2021-2027.
