President Prohens

The president of the Government, Margalida Prohens, attended the closing ceremony of the 13th edition of the Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest 2023, chaired by Her Majesty the Queen in the courtyard of La Misericordia in Palma.

The event was also attended by the Minister of Culture and Sport, Miquel Iceta; the president of the Consell Insular de Mallorca, Llorenç Galmés, and the director of the Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest, Jaume Ripoll, among other authorities. The Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Jaume Bauzà, and the General Director of Culture, Pedro Vidal, were also present on behalf of the Government.

During the closing ceremony, the awards were presented to the best film, the critics and the audience, and the Masters of Cinema 2023 award. Afterwards, the film Creatura, by Elena Martín, was screened.

The great exhibition of films and short films lasted ten days. Queen Leticia was in charge of closing this 13th edition of the Atlántida Mallorca Film Fest 2023 with the presentation of the Master of Cinema award to the French actress Irène Jacob.
