Locarno Film Festival 2023

Three feature films are participating in competitive sections. They are the following:

International Competition.
La imatge permanent’ / ‘The Permanent Picture’, a Spain-France co-production and the first feature film by Laura Ferrés, will compete for the Golden Leopard in this section.

With screenplay by the Barcelona director herself, winner of the Goya Award for Best Documentary Short Film in 2017, and filmmakers Carlos Vermut and Ulises Porra, it tells a particular story about the lives of two women and their memories and has been produced by Fasten Films, Materia Cinema and Le Bureau (sales contact Be For Films).
